I’m looking forward to you all making candy with me!

My mother-in-law asked me this weekend if I had ever made peanut brittle. Perfect timing!

How’s this going for everyone?

Sorry to say, but I’m sticking to my regular brittle recipe. You can find it here: http://hanaaskitchen.blogspot.com/2010/10/sms-roasted-cashew-brittle.html. Just sub peanuts for the almonds. I’ll be taking this one to work since I can’t eat peanuts.

I haven’t tried it yet.
