I messed these up by baking at the wrong temperature and ran out of eggs so I couldn’t try again (yet!) — I put up a picture anyway, and a couple of photos of the Coconut Custard Pie SMS made last May that I had sitting in my photos folder that I’d never posted. Love the pie, will have to try again on these puddings, I’m sure they would have been great if I hadn’t messed up the temperature.
